OFFSET & HYBRIDS
At INFRAMUNDO books are conceptualized and produced by the authors in collaboration with INFRAMUNDO, so experimentation is a central part of the creative process. We produce offset photobooks in large print runs, often combined with manual processes, such as special papers printed in other techniques like laser, inkjet, silkscreen, hand binding or different containers.

PROCESS
We have developed these forms of production based on research in Mexico on various papers and non-conventional materials, different printing processes such as inkjet, laser, silk screen, and rhinography, which open up new possibilities for authors to create books where the narrative is constructed by integrating the different elements in a coherent way and enhancing their narrative possibilities.
We also experiment with various forms of binding, from industrial to manual processes, with special materials.
Central to the project is the production of local materials, encouraging a process of dialogue between the different participants involved in the publication of the books.
